The Renaissance Education System (TRES) is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at the Regional Office, Islamabad.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record of driving business growth.
Location: Regional Office, Islamabad
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving franchise expansion, developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the growth and revival of campuses across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential franchise expansion opportunities.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Identify and reach out to potential franchise partners through cold calling, networking, and online outreach.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective franchisees.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective franchise partners.
- Conduct negotiations and finalize franchise agreements.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all agreements meet regulatory requirements.
- Identify new locations for CoCs and prepare feasibilities in coordination with RH and Finance Department.
- Convert MOUs into campuses and ensure timely launches as per MoU clauses.
- Ensure 100% recovery of pending franchise payments, where applicable.
- Maintain close liaison with franchisees to establish campuses according to prescribed guidelines.
- Sell franchise kits/packages with 100% recovery.
- Ensure smooth supply ordering and delivery in coordination with the Supply Chain Department.
- Perform analysis of sick units across the regions.
- Coordinate with internal departments for the revival of sick units.
- Develop local marketing plans with respective campuses to attract more admissions.
