Sr. Lead Actuarial (Life)
- No. of Posts: 01 (Lahore)
- Reporting To: Chief Actuary

- Qualification & Experience:
- Min Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized) in Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or any related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Advance Excel or relevant certifications will be plus.
- JOB PURPOSE: Manage Portfolio, pricing, product support, experience analysis, reserving, reinsurance, reporting.

Lead Actuarial (Life & Health)

- Qualification & Experience:
- Min Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized) in Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or any related field.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Life/Health.
- Advance Excel or relevant certifications will be plus.
- JOB PURPOSE: Deliver technical actuarial support for life/Health portfolio and management reporting.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pricing, quotations, product support, experience analysis, portfolio performance, profitability, and renewals.
- Reserving, valuation, reinsurance, actuarial reporting, governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
Sr. Lead Enterprise Reporting
- No. of Posts: 01 (Lahore)
- Reporting To: Chief Actuary
- Age Limit: Not more than 40 Years
- Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Analytics, Business, IT, Statistics, or related field.
- 10+ years in enterprise reporting, BI, analytics, or related areas.
- Power BI/Tableau, KPI & MIS, analytics, dashboard
- JOB PURPOSE: Lead enterprise reporting, analytics, management information system, KPIs, dashboards, and official reporting
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enterprise reporting, KPIs, dashboards, reporting
- Actuarial programs, reporting, analytics, data warehouse, Data Lake, and semantic layers, lead BI reporting
Senior Lead Research & Program Development
- No. of Posts: 01 (Lahore)
- Reporting To: Chief Actuary
- Age Limit: Not more than 40 Years
- Qualification & Experience:
- Min Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution in Public Health, Health Systems, Health Policy, Social Policy, Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, Health Economics or a related discipline.
- 8-10 years’ experience in policy research, program design, health, social protection, insurance, or public-sector advisory work.
- JOB PURPOSE: Lead research, program design, social protection initiatives, translating strategic priorities into evidence-based, feasible, and board-ready programs.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead research, reviews, policy briefs, concept development, design program concepts, benefit structures, eligibility criteria, evaluation frameworks
- Coordinate with government, actuarial, clinical, finance, ICT, legal, and external stakeholders.
- Board-ready proposals, decision papers, presentation
Senior Lead Quality Assurance
- No. of Posts: 01 (Lahore)
- Reporting To: Chief Actuary
- Age Limit: Not more than 50 Years
- Qualification & Experience:
- MBBS, Pharm-D, BS Nursing, MPH, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Valid professional registration where applicable.
- Min 8 years relevant experience in healthcare, QA, clinical audit, hospital operations, health insurance, programed monitoring, provider mgmt.
- JOB PURPOSE: Lead independent quality assurance of health programs, ensuring clinical, provider, facility, field, beneficiary verification, and programed quality standards.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement QA plans, audit schedules, sampling frameworks, and quality standards.
- Clinical, nursing, pharmacy, hospital, field quality reviews, beneficiary verification calls, complaints, escalations, service/fraud concerns.
- QA reports, hospital scorecards, trend analysis, and track corrective actions and high-risk issues.
Lead Organization Development
- No. of Posts: 01 (Lahore)
- Reporting To: Head HR
- Age Limit: Not more than 40 Years
- Qualification & Experience:
- 16 Years of Education MBA/MPA
- 5 years of relevant experience with strong exposure of OD.
- JOB PURPOSE: Manage OD, HR strategy, Performance, work force & culture.

- OD, HR strategy, policies, procedures, structures, training, workforce planning, Performance, leadership, Talent, succession, digitalization, BI, engagement
Principal Legal Affairs
- No. of Posts: 01 (Lahore)
- Reporting To: COO
- Age Limit: Not more than 48 Years
- Qualification & Experience:
- LLB/LLM & registered member of Bar Council.
- 8 years of relevant experience in insurance/banking Sector Public/private or any related industry
- JOB PURPOSE: Provide legal advisory and ensure legal compliance.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft, vet commercial & legal documents, agreements, contracts, litigations, legal disputes, court proceedings, employee relations, discipline management, inquiries
- Senior Lead Investment
- No. of Posts: 01 (Lahore)
- Reporting To: CFO
- Age Limit: Not more than 45 Years
- Qualification & Experience:
- CFA / CA / ACCA / MBA Finance
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in insurance/banking Sector Public/private.
- JOB PURPOSE: Investment portfolio, asset allocation, risk-adjusted returns, liquidity, capital preservation, regulatory compliance, risk management, investment governance.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compliance with SECP regulations, investment limits, risk management, investment opportunities, audits, regulatory inspections, internal reviews, investment proposals, trades, track real-time market data, portfolio management system (PMS)
