We’re Hiring: Yarn Expert – Textile Consultant (Spinning Industry) 🚨
We are seeking a highly experienced Yarn Expert with extensive expertise in the Spinning Industry. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge in textile products, materials, yarn counts, manufacturing processes, and quality control, with a focus on optimizing yarn production and ensuring product standards.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide expert advice and consultancy on yarn production within the Spinning Industry.
🔹 Analyze and optimize yarn costing structures to maximize efficiency and profitability.
🔹 Offer guidance on textile products, materials, yarn counts, and production processes.
🔹 Ensure adherence to quality control standards throughout manufacturing.
🔹 Handle quality issues at both suppliers’ and buyers’ ends, ensuring resolution and maintaining product standards.
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production strategies and cost management.
🔹 Conduct detailed research on industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging materials.
🔹 Ensure products meet specified quality standards and specifications.
🔹 Monitor and improve management of supplies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Key Requirements:
🔸 Graduation (or relevant qualifications) preferred.
🔸 At least 15 years of experience in a similar role and function within the Spinning Industry.
🔸 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
🔸 Deep understanding of both operational and financial aspects of the textile business.
🔸 Extensive experience and expertise in yarn production within the Spinning Industry.
🔸 In-depth knowledge of textile products, materials, yarn counts, and manufacturing processes.
🔸 Strong background in quality control and managing product specifications.
🔸 Willingness to travel as directed by management for business purposes.
🔸 Proven ability to address and resolve quality issues at both supplier and buyer levels.
🔸 Strong research skills and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
🔸 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
