Location: 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐆𝐮𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐠, 𝐋𝐚𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team in a broad 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience across the core functions of Human Resources and the ability to contribute strategically while managing day-to-day HR operations.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience in a large manufacturing organization.
- Sound exposure to the complete employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, employee engagement, and Total Rewards.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, result-oriented professional with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and drive HR initiatives.
