We are hiring 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐑 for our plant located at 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝, 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐝.
The ideal candidate should be a graduate with hands-on experience in managing 𝐞𝐧𝐝-𝐭𝐨-𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐑 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 at plant level. The role will involve close coordination with the Head Office team while ensuring smooth execution of on-site HR functions.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Supporting payroll operations
- Managing recruitment activities and employee documentation
- Overseeing day to day HR operations at the plant
Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in large-scale manufacturing environments in a similar capacity.
