Looking For Accounts Officer
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Location: Korangi Industrial Area – Karachi
Major Responsibility:
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy in terms of amounts, descriptions, and payment terms.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payables and payments.
- Ensure all invoices are approved according to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of payment runs and ensure timely processing of payments.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures related to payables.
- Assist with the preparation of reports related to accounts payable and cash flow.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries and ensure proper coding of expenses.
- Assist in audits by providing required documentation and supporting information.
- Maintain and update vendor records to ensure accurate information is on file.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up for timely payments.
- Identify areas for improvement in accounts payable processes and suggest enhancements.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
- Knowledge of the Income Tax Withholding laws.

Looking for Senior Executive Compliance.
Education: BSC
Experience: Minimum 3 – 4 Years.
Location: Korangi Industrial Area – Karachi
· Can be able to manage overall activities of QMS, EMS, OH&S, FSSC and Halal Standard.
· Should be able to carry out risk assessment and provide ideas how to reduce it.
· Lead internal trainings pertaining to health, safety and risk issues.
· Should be able to carry out site inspections to ensure compliance of policies and standards.
· Good knowledge of new legislations which affects employer’s industry.
· Manage and organize the safe disposal of hazardous substances.
. Ensure required testing’s are being carried out, as per standards.
. Actively participate in internal and external audits.
. Conduct in-house and outsourced calibration activities.
· Can be able to conduct evacuation/Fire/etc drills.
· Should have excellent knowledge of ISO Standards.
· Ensure safe working practices.
· Record and investigate incidents and accidents and take actions to minimize/eliminate.
