What We’re Looking For:
✔ 1–2 years of relevant experience
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
✔ Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance
✔ Basic POS/cash handling knowledge (for Cashier role)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection, orders, and inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness, product displays, and store presentation.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are consistently maintained.
- Coordinate with production and team members for smooth daily operations.
- Support overall store operations while upholding Passion Foods’ service standards.
