Pakistan Telecommunication Corporation Limited PTCL Jobs General Manager (Information System Audit):
As General Manager (Information System Audit), you will be working at PTCL HQ & preparing Internal Audit Strategic Plans, monitor and execute audit assignments as per audit plans and be involved in special investigations. You will also be involved in the Quality Assurance & Improvement Program (QAIP) of PTCL group companies i.e. PTCL, PTML (Ufone) & UBank.
Major Responsibilities include:
- Prepare Audit Plan and Strategic Initiatives
- Prepare Information System & Internal Audit plan, using risk-based audit methodology.
- Based on Approved Audit Plan, devise activity wise Audit Plan for Audit assignments.
- Execute Approved Audit Plan and Assignments
- Monitor progress of Audit assignments as per approved audit plan.
- Undertake any special audit or assignment given by the CEO or Audit Committee including investigation of complaints and fraudulent activities.
- Communicate Audit Findings and Follow-up
- Issue draft audit reports to managements for validation of audit findings and their implementation.
- Assist in issuance of final audit reports, incorporating management comments and actions, to the Top Management
- Preparation of material audit observation for the Audit Committee & follow-up of audit reports to ensure that audit recommendations have been implemented
Control Activities
- Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through the implementation of cost-efficient controls.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
An Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Masters in IT / Computer Science / Telecom Engineering from recognized institute
- A minimum of 12 Years of experience in Corporate Audit / Finance with at-least 05 Years of Internal Audit Experience at Senior level.
- Knowledge of Technology Audit and relevant standards, GRC (Governance, Risk and Controls), economic environment, Technical systems, ERP and billing systems etc.
- Candidate having experience of Information System Audit at senior to middle management level of big-4 firms, Telecoms, banks or other large organizations will be preferred.
- Certifications Preferred: CISA, CISSP, CIA, CISM, CRISC
