We’re Hiring | Executive Officer – Sales Support Services
📍 Location: Head Office – Karachi
⏳ Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales support, branch operations (insurance, takaful, or banking sector experience will be an added advantage)
🎓 Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
💡 Key Skills:
✔ Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
✔ Knowledge of industry practices, processes, and products
✔ Excellent presentation and reporting skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office
✔ Strong attention to detail & communication skills
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Track branch-wise performance against monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly targets; identify gaps and drive improvement initiatives
🔹 Act as a single point of coordination between Sales, branches, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of operations
🔹 Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports for management review
🔹 Escalate critical gaps, risks, and delays with clear impact assessment and proposed solutions
🔹 Manage and standardize sales-related communications, including circulars, memos, and official correspondence
🔹 Handle sales force and branch queries within defined TATs
🔹 Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and turnaround time
🔹 Oversee reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy
🔹 Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and data integrity
🔹 Support digital initiatives and automation projects
