Job Title: QHSE Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- To conduct internal audit of PEL IMS & Lab Management system & CE marking certification and follow up with concern HOD’s for closure.
- To timely review and validate the Document Change Requests (DCR’s).
- To review/vet procedures, work instructions, process quality control sheet (PQCS) or any other documents covered in scope of PEL IMS and ensure all requirements of international standards (which company subscribes) are addressed evidently.
- To conduct surprise/spot audit regularly and cover every department/function/section and follow-up for the closure of highlighted non-conformance/gaps.
- To prepare training & drill plan under the scope of PEL IMS/LMS/CE Mark and ensure its effective implementation.
- To carry out investigation of major incidents and finalize corrective/preventive actions with concerned raised in the result of investigation.
- To provide guidance/consultancy to concern departments related to PEL IMS and identify then initiate opportunities of improvement.
- To review the HIRAC, PPE’s data sheet, Emergency Response Team (ERT) or any other HSE related documents with concerned QHSE coordinator addressed in PEL IMS.
Qualifications & Experience
B. Sc / MSc (Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering) plus
3-5 years in implementation of ISO 9001 & 14001, 45001, ISO/IEC 17025 and its maintenance.
