Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver KPIs related to machine downtime targets
- Lead maintenance team providing guidance, training, etc.
- Implement PM pillar of WCM to floor level
- Ensure efficient & proactive approach to timely completion of maintenance and project jobs
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering with 7+ years of experience
- Proficient in SAP, MS Office
- Project Management skills
