Key Accountabilities
- Overlook daily lab operations.
- Achieve customer complaints / CRM / INC KPI targets.
- QM pillar execution on WCM strategy.
- Quality Plans / Quality Audits / Quality Checklists implementation.
- Customer visits for complaints and RCA/CAPA submission.
- QMS SOP development and upgradation.
- Day to Day quality operations and liaison between different departments.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- B.Sc. Engineering (Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical).
- 0-1 years of relevant experience.
- Good Interpersonal Skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork.
- Certifications will be preferred.
