Position: Product Manager (Multiple Positions)
Candidate Profile
- Education: Pharm-D or equivalent, Science graduate. An MBA will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 03 to 05 years in a reputable National / Multinational Pharma company.
- Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi.
Core Requirements
- In-depth knowledge and experience in specialized segments such as neuropsychiatry and cardiology/diabetes.
- Develop & execute brand strategies, communications & collaterals based on rigorous market insights.
- Achieve target market share of assigned brands/ portfolio.
- Execute promo/tactical plans following through on business/ ROI.
- Prepare and manage respective portfolio budget.
- Work on field force training and development on brand strategies, messages and rebuttals.
- Knowledge of product feasibility and new product launches activities.
- Good team management skill and ability to effectively communicate across all organizational and operational levels.
