Job Description:
- Process and monitor customer orders from receipt to delivery.
- Address and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, including backorders and returns.
- Assist in developing and executing merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with the factory for new developments and ensure the timely dispatch of samples.
- Develop detailed cost estimates for new products, including materials, labor, and overheads, and analyze cost structures.
Person Specifications:
- 1–2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the textile sector.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Location:
- Head Office, Lahore
