Assistant Manager Electrical
What your typical day will look like
- Maintain critical electrical systems and equipment for reliable plant operations
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical faults to minimize downtime
- Monitor and maintain switchgear, transformers, motors, UPS, and power distribution systems
- Ensure compliance with LOTO, PTW, and electrical safety standards
- Lead the electrical maintenance team and manage critical spare parts to support uninterrupted plant operations
What you need to succeed at this role
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years’ experience in power plant or heavy industrial electrical systems
- Practical knowledge of Overhead Transmission Lines (OHTL) and Grid Stations will be a strong advantage
