NETKOM Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for Asst/ Dy Manager Taxation
To ensure the compliance with all the tax laws applicable to the Company. Supervise the tax team and to keep a close coordination with the Tax Consultants and the Tax Authorities. Identify and mitigate tax risks by improving the culture of tax compliance by coordinating with the concerned departments within the Company. Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
- CA-Inter /CMA / MBA(Finance) or Equivalent
- Major in Finance & Taxation + Working experience in Tax
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferably of a Ltd Company or CA Firm.
- Responsible for a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within prescribed timeframe.
- Providing innovative tax planning and reviewing and providing solution to complex tax matters.
- Preparation and Submission of Statutory IT and ST Statements/Returns.
- Compliance of notices issued by FBR or other regulatory authorities.
- Calculations and Payments of IT and ST withholding at source.
- Monitoring and supervision of the tax and payable team and ensuring proper compliance.
- Monitoring the recording of the tax balances in the Ledgers and prepare reconciliations.
- To maintain close coordination with the Tax consultants and the Tax Authorities.
- To maintain close coordination with the management, brief about the ongoing proceedings and risks.
- To keep updated with the tax laws and adopt the changes immediately to avoid any non-compliance.
