Qualification : BBA / MBA Marketing
Experience : 8 to 10 Years in FMCG industry
Key Responsibilities are
- Managing, training and providing overall guidance to the sales team
- setting reasonable sales targets to the be achieved by the sales team .
- monitoring the performance of sales team.
- Collecting customers feedback and providing updates to HOD.
- Traveling to the potential and existing customers within assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
