Position: Assistant Manager Internal Audit (Overseas Support Department)
NETKOM is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team in the Overseas Support Department. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our financial operations and providing valuable insights to support our decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
CA Inter/Finalist or ACCA finalist/qualified candidate
3-4 years of relevant experience in internal auditing
Strong background in management reporting
Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate monthly closings, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented.
Perform pre and post-audit activities of payroll, vehicle rentals, and other expenses.
Identify potential risk areas and control deficiencies, conducting a thorough audit to assess their impact on the organization.
Develop and implement appropriate controls and procedures to mitigate identified risks and improve overall operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate existing processes, systems, and controls, making recommendations for enhancements or changes as necessary
Prepare audit reports, highlighting findings, recommendations, and action plans to address any identified deficiencies
Monitor the implementation of recommended controls and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness
Skills and Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Sound knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

The ideal candidate will possess a CA-Inter (Articles in Tax) qualification or be a CMA Finalist/MBA(Finance) or equivalent with majors in finance and taxation. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in handling tax matters, preferably with a limited company or a CA firm.
