We are seeking a highly skilled Software Integrations Specialist to join our dynamic team at NayaPay. ✨ The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining system integrations, ensuring seamless collaboration between various digital financial systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and implement solutions that enhance processes and efficiency 💻
Key Responsibilities:
• Integration Design and Development: Analyze integration requirements specific to financial applications, design integration solutions, and develop integration components.
• API Management: Manage and configure APIs to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable integration solutions for financial transactions and data exchanges.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure all integrations comply with industry standards and regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR) and implement robust security measures to protect sensitive financial data.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide support for integration-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement fixes to ensure smooth operations of financial systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, system architects, and business development teams to understand integration needs and deliver effective solutions for fintech applications.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, configurations, and procedures specific to financial systems.
• Testing: Conduct integration testing to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of integration solutions, with a focus on financial transactions and data integrity.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve integration processes and implement best practices to enhance system performance in the fintech environment.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software integration preferably in the digital banking/fintech industry, including designing, developing, and maintaining integrations for financial applications.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web services (REST, SOAP), and data formats (JSON, XML) used in financial systems.
• Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data mapping specific to financial data.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
