Muller & Phipps Pakistan is looking for HR – Generalist / Business Partner for its Head Office in Karachi. Details of the position are mentioned below;
Experience: 3-4 Years of a similar role.
Education: Master’s from a reputable institution.
Responsibilities:
- Right personality to build a relationship(s) & collaborate with different stakeholders and create win-win situations.
- Analyze the problem in depth, break down complex situations, and come up with alternative solutions
- Understanding of HR Processes like T&D, ER, IR, Operation, and Disciplinary actions.
- Should be confident to deliver training.
Competencies:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Able to portray a confident personality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and comfortable in presenting data analytics.
- Proactively assess situations/challenges and work out their strategy to handle/manage
