Urgently looking for Manager Risk & Control at M&P Express Logistics Logistics Head Office [Karachi].

Requirements:

Education: ACCA Qualified/ICMA /ACA [part Qualified]
Experience: 5-7 years Internal Audit/Compliance/Risk Assessment & management roles

Brief JD:

Operational monitoring at the ground levels to highlight and minimize the weight, load, and inbound consignment clearance to optimize our standards and SOPs and submit a scheduled report over it for management through dedicated resource.
Understands Business needs, culture and demands aligned with the objectivity to perform business, it would assist in catering compliance goals.
Prepare a Compliance schedule for every department separately, assigned the subjectivity on a particular topic so that the quality can be assured.
Plan and prepare the team schedule thereby assigning tasks with timelines and order.
Issuance of scorecard, analysis reports, Periodic gap analysis & suggest corrective Measures with the management set frequency of such reports.
Ensuring proper communication and Coordination to all the stakeholders to grab knowledge and information.
Ensure Compliance of the established SOP’s of the Domestic Service delivery across the board
Identification and allocation of resources, analyzing workloads and shipments, while providing full assistance to Domestic Business Team & Area Management for filling gaps.
Ensure Team objectivity through Optimization of available resources, Cost spoilages, time management
Liaison with Regional Risk & Control teams for Cross activities – – Checkup and internal feedback and assistance.
Identification of areas / activities that requires certain SOPs for better performance to the concerned Excellence department
