We are looking for qualified and talented individual for the following position for our Paper & Board Division, based in Mirpurkhas, Sindh.
Assistant Manager Mechanical
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Implement and manage the Preventive Maintenance (PM) module to ensure proactive maintenance and minimize equipment failures.
- Develop and implement a Condition Monitoring system to track equipment health and enable data-driven maintenance decisions.
- Successfully lead and complete major equipment upgrade projects within allocated budgets and timelines.
- Implement strategies to enhance overall efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize resources.
- Communicate with the manager on serious jobs, assist in preparing equipment maintenance plans/schedules, and issue job orders to the workshop/fabrication shop as needed.
Candidate must have a B.E in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in the Paper & Board or Packaging Industry.
