- Project Quantity Surveyor (Civil)
Job Description:
- Coordination with consultants for the Bill of Quantity and contractors’ billing works.
- Civil Contractor’s Bill Verification as per site, specifications, and quantities.
- Quantity take-offs and checking work as per specifications and drawings.
- Preparation and amendments of AutoCAD drawings as required.
- Material finalization in coordination with architects and clients’ requirements and placing orders with the supply chain.
- Coordination of Civil Works with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
- Correspondence and coordination with MMIH departments, architects, and contractors for the execution of works at the site.
- Assisting the Project Manager in various tasks related to Civil and ID (Interior Design) assignments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Practical knowledge of executing Civil and ID Works as per plans, specifications, and details.
- 8-10 years of construction experience with working knowledge of Civil, ID Works, and coordination with MEP Works.
- Previous work experience in a hospital or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- A strong understanding of modern construction procedures and practices.
