MCB Islamic Bank is inviting CVs for the position of “Relationship Manager Credit – Commercial & SME Banking” based in Lahore. Please only apply if you fulfill the criteria mentioned in the job details.
LOCATION : Lahore
QUALIFICATION: MBA/M.Com/ ACCA/ACMA or relevant Master’s Degree. Certification in Islamic Banking and Finance will be considered as value addition. Good spoken and writing skills in English
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of experience in soliciting and managing credit and financing portfolio, in banking industry, preferably in an Islamic Bank.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Soliciting fresh credit and financing portfolio through hunting new credit worthy names and deepening in existing performing relationship to achieve assigned goals & targets
- Preparing/initiating credit proposals, analyzing financial statements, ascertaining risks and establishing mitigants, in accordance with bank’s policies and regulatory framework.
- Managing execution of security documentation and other agreements in accordance with bank manual, policies and regulatory requirement.
- Plans and coordinates marketing of credit and trade products and services to maximize the return/yield
- Monitoring the performance of the portfolio and take proactive measures to keep the portfolio uninfected.
- Ensures compliances of issues pointed out in UER, internal and external audits/inspections.
- Ensures high quality and timely service to enhance the satisfaction of the clients.
