Position: AREA SALES MANAGER
Location: Abbottabad
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans and budgets to achieve or surpass the annual sales targets (both volume and value) within the assigned area. Ensure effective monitoring and control of the sales budget to maximize resource utilization and cost efficiency.
- Market Evaluation: Conduct regular market visits to evaluate route coverage, assess competitor activity, and proactively identify new business opportunities that contribute to increased market share and sales growth in the area.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure the timely execution of merchandising initiatives and promotional activities. This is to enhance brand visibility and drive consumer engagement across the area.
- Team Management: Establish and maintain an effective Sales Management structure, ensuring the recruitment, development, and retention of high-caliber talent. Provide ongoing training and capability-building to meet role expectations and drive performance excellence.
Key Requirements
- Qualification: Graduation (minimum)
- Experience: Minimum 6–7 years of experience in FMCG or related industry.
- Knowledge: In-depth Market Knowledge of Abbottabad, Kashmir & Surrounding Areas.
