CAREER OPPORTUNITIES: Punjab Pension Fund has been established through the Punjab Pension Fund Act, 2007. The Fund is an autonomous body corporate, responsible for secure and profitable placement of pension funds of Government of the Punjab in capital and money markets. The Fund is expanding its operations and thus is seeking applications for the following positions. Eligible female candidates, minority candidates and specially abled people are especially encouraged to apply, if eligible.
1. Manager Research (01 Post)
Sixteen years of education in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. Professional Qualification of minimum CFA Level II is required. Overall experience of eight years, including four years of relevant experience in financial research, investment analysis, financial modeling, and related areas.
2. Manager Compliance & Investment Risk (01 Post)
CA/ CMA / ACCA / CFA / FRM, or sixteen years of education from an HEC-recognized institution. Minimum eight years of overall experience in financial services, including four years in investment risk, risk management, or compliance. Experience in portfolio risk analysis, AML/CFT compliance, and reporting to boards or committees will be preferred.
3. Assistant Fund Manager – Fixed Income (01 Post)
Sixteen years of education in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. Progress towards the CFA qualification will be preferred. Overall experience of four years, including two years of relevant experience in fund management, Investment Research, treasury, or related areas.
4. Assistant Fund Manager – Equity (01 Post)
Sixteen years of education in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. Progress towards the CFA qualification will be preferred. Overall experience of four years, including two years of relevant experience in fund management, Investment Research, treasury, or related areas.
5. Research Analyst (03 Posts)
Sixteen years of education in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. Progress towards the CFA qualification will be preferred. Minimum two years of relevant experience in financial research, investment analysis, financial modeling, or related areas.
6. Assistant Manager – Accounts (02 Posts)
CA (Finalist) / ACMA (Finalist) / MBA-Finance / ACCA, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) as equivalent to at least sixteen years of education, with a minimum of four years’ relevant experience in the financial sector, of which at least three years must be in an Asset Management Company (AMC), Insurance Company, or Development Finance Institution (DFI).
7. Assistant Manager Compliance (01 Post)
CA (Finalist) / CMA (Finalist) / ACCA, or sixteen years of relevant education from an HEC-recognized institution. Minimum four years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs in the financial services sector. Experience in monitoring investment limits, ensuring regulatory and AML/CFT compliance, preparing regulatory returns, and maintaining compliance checklists will be preferred.
8. Officer – Back Office Operations / Settlement (01 Post)
CA (Finalist) / ACMA (Finalist) / MBA-Finance / ACCA, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) as equivalent to at least sixteen years of education, with a minimum of three years’ relevant experience in the financial sector, of which at least two years must be in an Asset Management Company (AMC), Insurance Company, or Development Finance Institution (DFI).
9. Internal Audit Officer (01 Post)
BBA (Hons) / BS Accounting & Finance / B.Com (Hons) / M.Com / MBA-Finance (sixteen years of education from an HEC-recognized institution), or CAF / ICMAP (Professional Level) / ACCA (Applied Skills) passed, with a minimum of four years of experience in internal or external audit, preferably in the financial services sector. Articleship / training completed with a QCR-rated audit firm will be counted towards experience. Preference will be given to candidates proficient in advanced MS Excel and data analytics tools (Power BI, IDEA or ACL).
10. Employee Facilitation Officer (01 Post)
Sixteen years of education in business administration, mass communication, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution. At least three years’ experience of customer service or sales in the financial sector (Banking, Insurance, Mutual Funds, or Investment Management).
11. Officer HR & Admin. (01 Post)
Sixteen years of education with Overall experience of four years and three years of experience in HR Department.

The above positions are being offered on 3-year contract basis under employment of the Fund. The contract may be renewed on the basis of satisfactory performance.
