Position Title: Deputy Manager Sales Commercial & Industry
Location: Head Office Lahore
Job Description:
-Develop and implement a strategic business plan for the assigned territory.
-Conduct industrial visits to gather market intelligence, identify leads, and secure sales inquiries.
-Build strong relationships with key accounts, directors, and consultants/electrical engineers..
-Manage the complete sales cycle: prepare quotations, secure rate approvals, process POs through CRO, and coordinate factory logistics.
-Ensure timely payment collection, recovery management, and quarterly ledger reconciliation.
-Track team projects in PMS, update quotations in SAP, and submit weekly/monthly sales matrices.
-Lead the team in project execution, client engagement strategy, and resolving customer complaints.
Experience: 5 to 8 Years of relevant Experience in B2B Sales, Key Account Management, Project Sales, Commercial Management, Industrial Sales, Recovery, Collections, Team Leadership, Business Development.
Education: BBA/ MBA (Marketing) etc.
Skills: Good Communication Skills, Having Construction Material Sales Experience, Proficient in Excel, CRM, SAP etc.
