JOB RESPONSIBILTIIES
- Manage a fleet of 300+ vehicles, ensuring availability, readiness, & compliance.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, operating costs, & preventive maintenance.
- Manage vehicle registration, permits, fitness certificates, transfers, token tax, & statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with government authorities for timely documentation & regulatory approvals.
- Monitor fleet utilization, downtime, costs, fuel efficiency, & transporter performance through KPIs.
- Implement controls for fuel cards, mileage, vehicle usage, & maintenance expenses.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience managing 300+ vehicles, preferably in FMCG or a similar environment.
- Proficiency in fleet technology, GPS, telematics, SAP/ERP, Excel, dashboards, & AI tools.
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage pressure, optimize costs, & drive continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of fleet safety, regulatory requirements, & compliance standards.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, vendor management, problem-solving, & communication skills.
