Bank AL Habib Limited is hiring Senior Relationship Managers (SRM) and Relationship Managers (RM) for Retail Business in Branch Banking across Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to maximise product awareness and customer retention.
- Identify and acquire new accounts through customer referrals and market connections.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards.
- Drive deposit growth through efficient portfolio management.
- Promote cross-selling and Alternate Delivery Channel (ADC) opportunities.
- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving branch targets.
Qualification and Eligibility:
- Graduate with at least 14 years of education from an HEC-recognised university. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Senior Relationship Manager: Minimum 5 years of liabilities sales experience in branch banking.
- Relationship Manager: Minimum 2 years of liabilities sales experience in branch banking.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer relationship management capabilities.
- Effective leadership and people management abilities.
- Ability to deliver impactful presentations.
- Strong written and verbal communication proficiency.
