WE’RE HIRING Shift Engineer – Water Management
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor water treatment systems including RO plants, softeners, and wastewater treatment facilities.
- Ensure water quality meets required standards through regular testing and process adjustments.
- Maintain shift logs, operational records and report any deviations or incidents.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor chemical dosing, system parameters, and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Optimize system efficiency to reduce water loss, energy consumption, and chemical usage.
- Support audits and inspections related to water management systems.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 2-4 years in water treatment, utilities or in a related field.
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes and systems.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle operational challenges.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards and industrial practices.
- Knowledge of wastewater management and environmental compliance.
