We Are HIRING Graphic Designer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design compelling visual creatives for digital and print media, including social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, events, and corporate communications.
- Develop and maintain brand identities, logos, typography, color schemes, visual guidelines, and brand style guides to ensure brand consistency.
- Conceptualize, design, redesign, and adapt packaging across all products, SKUs, sizes, and variants, including polybags, sachets, pouches, bottles, labels, cartons, multipacks, and backsheets.
- Prepare production-ready packaging artworks, working with KLDs, dielines, dimensions, bleed areas, print specifications, CMYK/Pantone color separations, and editable source files.
- Create 3D packaging mockups, product renders, animations, and artwork adaptations, ensuring accurate product claims, barcodes, regulatory information, and mandatory packaging details.
- Design retail and trade marketing materials, including POSM, shop boards, out-of-home advertising, shelf talkers, danglers, wobblers, gondolas, kiosks, standees, posters, brochures, leaflets, and booklets.
- Develop digital and e-commerce creatives, website banners, UI/UX visual elements, e-commerce sites product artwork, branded merchandise, promotional giveaways, and corporate gifting materials.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media Sciences from a reputable institute.
- 4-5 years of experience in packaging design, graphic design, 3D animation, and artwork development.
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, printing processes (flexographic, gravure, offset, digital), and color management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of packaging projects, graphic design and animation projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
