Position: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – NORTH
Job Summary: Otsuka Pakistan Limited is looking for experienced and result-oriented candidate for the post of Regional Sales Manager – based at Rawalpindi.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of FMs and their teams.
- Execute strategic sales plans and promotional activities.
- Ensure strong collaboration with internal cross-functional teams.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
JOB DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Location: Rawalpindi
- Education: M.Sc./Pharm-D/ B.Sc./ Bachelors in Life Sciences.
- Experience: 4 to 5 years experience in reputable National / Multinational Pharma company in the same capacity.
- Age: Upto 45 years.
