INSTRUCTIONS & GENERAL CONDITIONS

Applicants are advised to read the following instructions carefully before filling the relevant prescribed application form available on the www.njp.gov.pk website with this advertisement.

1. In light of direction of Govt. of Pakistan Ministry of Energy (Power Division) and QESCO policy, the above mentioned posts are purely on lump sum (contractual basis) for a period of one (01) year, and extension of the contract on performance appraisal only, non-pensionable, with no long term benefits and shall not be regularized in any case at later stage.

2. Applications of candidates having Local/Domicile out of Balochistan will not be entertained for the above mentioned posts.

3. All the above mentioned posts will be filled in Walk-in Interview in the light of Establishment Division GoP O.M F.No.2/5/2026-BEFC/001 dated 27.10.2026.

4. In the light of Establishment Division GoP O.M F.No.2/5/2026-BEFC/001 dated 22.10.2026, for identified posts requiring trainable skill, such as typing, shorthand or basic computer proficiency, one time relaxation of the requirement to possess the prescribed skill at the time of initial appointment is proposed. In case none of the candidates have any qualification at the time of the selection, the selected candidates shall acquire the prescribed proficiency through departmental on-the-job training after joining within probation period. Their proficiency shall be assessed before confirmation, and failure to acquire it shall be dealt with under the applicable probation and service rules.

5. Establishment Division GoP O.M F.No.2/5/2026-BEFC/001 dated 27.10.2026 has granted exemption from the requirement of written/screening test.

6. General age relaxation has already been included in the maximum age limit mentioned against each category. No further age relaxation is allowed in the prescribed age limit.

7. Serving candidates who are Government Servants and have completed 2 years continuous Government service on the closing date of applications are advised to apply through proper channel. Up to 10 years age relaxation is allowed. Candidates will have to provide departmental No Objection Certificate (NOC) clearly mentioning the date of appointment and nature of employment i.e. Regular, Contract etc. at the time of interview/joining of service. However, they should keep in mind that their services shall not be regularized in QESCO.

8. Above positions are lying vacant in QESCO’s field formations across the province.

9. No TA/DA will be allowed to candidates for Interviews.

10. Candidates awaiting their results are not eligible to apply.

11. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Balochistan within the jurisdiction of QESCO, as per the requirements of the Company.

12. Incomplete applications or applications containing incorrect information shall be rejected.

13. Original documents / CNIC / Local / Domicile Certificate must be presented by the candidates at the time of Interview.

14. Dismissed / screened out employees of any organization or having criminal record are not eligible for employment in QESCO. The clearance of the character and antecedents of the candidates from the agencies/police shall be mandatory without which no candidate shall be selected.

15. Concealment or mis-representation of facts at any stage will lead to disqualification of candidate.

16. QESCO reserves the right to withhold the recruitment process at any stage.

17. QESCO reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts at the time of recruitment subject to availability of posts.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Recruitment will be done at doorstep (at Districts level) with help of newly established employment cells in districts of Balochistan as a special case to ensure recruitment of residents.
All Recruitment (BPS 1-15) to be done by Walk-in Interview (No Entry & Written Test).
