JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow market share in the frozen foods category
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on achievements and areas for improvement
- Identify new business opportunities, expand into untapped markets and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers
- Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of the respective city market and existing relationships with key stakeholders in the region
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics in the Frozen Foods Industry
