We’re Hiring! Sr. Manager Parts for Head Office, Karachi
Requirements:
Skills:
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities for interacting with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with sales, marketing, budgeting, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software is essential.
Education and Experience:
- A master’s degree in the related field, coupled with 10 to 12 years of experience in aftermarket sales, parts management, or customer service, preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage parts inventory levels, source parts, and coordinate supply and logistics to ensure timely delivery and minimize customer downtime.
- Achieve sales targets by developing & implementing strategies, tracking sales performance, and potentially selling new product lines to clients.
- Provide excellent customer service, handle complex customer complaints and warranty cases, and build strong relationships with both customers and a global network of distributors and dealers.
- Lead and mentor a team of after-sales parts staff, delegate tasks, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, process payments, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
- Create accurate sales and inventory reports, analyze trends in customer habits and product demand, and provide transparency to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve logistical challenges, find opportunities for operational efficiency, and implement new after-sales strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
