Overview:
We are a leading exporter of high quality Fabrics and Garments in Denim, Non Denim and Work Wear categories. We are looking for a seasoned expert, having more than 10 years of experience, maintenance, and management of our HFO Power Plant. This position requires a multifaceted skill set encompassing strong people and resource management, ensuring optimal performance, reliability and safety.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage HFO Power Plant operations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and reliability.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians.
- Implement safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with textile unit stakeholders for Utilities management.
- Optimize energy costs and improve plant productivity.
Essential Expertise:
- Wartsila HFO Engine-based power generation.
- Exposure to the utilities management of a large textile unit is a must.
- Experience of Centrifugal Air Compressors is added advantage.
- Should be able to handle operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
Skills and Qualifications:
- BSc. Mechanical Engineering with 10-12 years of experience OR B. Tech Mechanical Engineering with 16-18 years of experience.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Ability to comprehend and simplify complex data.
- Strong financial acumen and business understanding.
Experience: More than 10 years’ Experience in the field, with minimum 05 years in a managerial position.
