We are seeking dynamic and result-driven technical resource at our Plant Site – Mianwali.
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the cement industry.
- Calibrate and maintain gas analyzers used in cement plant operations and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of weighing systems (Pfister, Schenck), including belt and rotor feeders.
- Diagnose and repair faults in instrumentation systems to minimize plant downtime and conduct routine inspections to ensure the accuracy and reliability of instrumentation.
- Calibrate process control instruments to ensure proper functioning, read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Understanding of calibration standards and best practices and ability to read P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and loop drawings.
- Strong hands-on experience with gas analyzers, flow meters, pressure sensors, and weighing systems.
