MandiExpress is actively seeking “Blue Collar Sourcing Specialist “-Karachi
Our ideal candidate should have adequate experience of hiring Blue Collar staff, managing their Attendance ,Leaves and be able to handle their ongoing issues tactfully and independently.
Someone who is a resident of Gidap , Scheme 33 or adjacent areas (close to 5 km ) from Sabzi Mandi and has a strong network over there, can speak local language (Hindko , Sindhi , Pushto etc) and has worked in the Warehouse setup.
Qualification: B.Com , BSC ,BCS
Experience: min 4 years (relevant experience of Sourcing Blue Collar staff ,their documentation and maintaining Leave & Attendance) ideally experience of working on In Page as well.
Shift Timings : Night (11 pm to 8 am)
Must have Bike and be able to visit surrounding areas to source blue collar staff as and when required basis
