Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the Johnson Controls Building Management System of the plant for Chillers and RO Plant automation and control
- Update the logics & HMI of the control system (METASYS, NCE, JACE Controller, FAC, FEC, Siemens, etc.,) as per the requirements of the operations and for process improvement
- Handle the maintenance of all control instruments of the Chillers, RO, Engines, etc.,
- Initiate plant automation projects to streamline and smoothen the daily O&M tasks
- Update drawings and documents proficiently (having experience of AutoCAD is a plus)
- Lead the instrumentation and controls team and provide proper guidance and training of the system
- Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on BMS system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- Education: BE/BS in Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in designing and maintaining process automation and building management systems
- Basic engineering knowledge of Chillers, RO Plant, and Engine operations will be an added benefit.
