Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Planning and Forecasting Lead for our Pharmaceuticals business based in Karachi.
The incumbent will be responsible for providing financial and analytical support to the organisation by performing planning, budgeting, forecasting, business partnering, business process improvement, and reporting. The incumbent will work closely with the management team to drive business strategy and ensure P&L stewardship.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of the organisation against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to senior management.
- Participate in the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing analysis to ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Continuously improve business processes by identifying areas for optimisation and recommending process improvements.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting packages to support internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports as required.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
