Lucky Core Industries is hiring an Assistant Manager Warehouse and Logistics for our Pharmaceuticals business based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound movements by adhering to the policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Plan, develop, direct, and control all aspects of the warehouse operations (RM, dispensing) as per Company/ GMP standards.
- Assist Manager Warehouse in warehouse and dispensing operations and budget planning.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE and all other company rules and procedures.
- Conduct inventory management and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain discipline and encourage team-building activities at all levels, including management and non-management staff.
- Facilitate and coordinate with all the concerned departments, individual employees, and external stakeholders such as auditors, visitors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Initiate and deliver training on HSE, GMP, GSP and SOPs as per need and schedule TNA, followed by analysing the effectiveness of training.
- Manage and minimise customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Manage and report inventories in SAP as per available stocks.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeline targets.
