WE ARE HIRING Senior Assistant Manager

Lucky Cement Limited is looking for a Senior Assistant Manager, Treasury for its Karachi Office.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Prepare bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding items.
Prepare cash flow reports and monitor the company’s liquidity position.
Monitor short-term and long-term loans, including principal and markup payments, ensuring timely settlement.
Record and maintain loan and markup entries in the TRM module.
Manage bank financing facilities, including offer letters, agreements, charge documents, limits, utilization, repayments, markups, and related documentation.
Manage Dealer Financing, including MIS, onboarding, documentation, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Manage and monitor Fleet Financing, including onboarding, repayments, and documentation.
Review bank charges, identify discrepancies, and coordinate their resolution.
Handle bank account opening and related documentation and compliance requirements.
Manage IERF rollover exercises, including documentation, bank coordination, and timely completion.
Coordinate with banks on financing facilities, transactions, documentation, and other treasury-related matters.
Manage investments with banks and mutual funds, including related monitoring and documentation.
Manage import and export settlements and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
Effectively utilize AI tools to improve treasury processes, reporting, efficiency, and decision-making.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

ACCA / CA / ACMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
5–7 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking, or Financial Management.
Strong hands-on experience in banking operations, cash management, bank reconciliations, financing facilities, and loan management.
Working knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (TRM) and/or SAP will be preferred.
