We’re Hiring – Retail Manager (Central Region)
📍 Location: Lahore
We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to oversee retail operations, strengthen brand presence, and drive sales performance across the Central Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and campaign execution at retail outlets.
- Train, coach, and support Retail Executives to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with retailers and gather market feedback.
- Monitor sales performance, validate field reports, and submit regular business updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales, operations, or team management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
