Job Description:
- Conducting SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support projects.
- Design, implement and support solutions for complex business processes.
- Design solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, priorities gaps and design the implementation plan (pilot, phased, big-bang approach).
- Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions.
- Able to manage expectations during SF quarterly releases.
- Supporting configuration, testing, training and change management work streams.
- Support in defining, redesigning and documenting business processes.
