RECRUITMENT ON CONTRACT BASIS
Punjab Auqaf Organization (PAO) intends to hire services of suitable candidates for its IT project titled “Integrated Operations Management and Establishment of Centralized Command and Control Room in the Punjab Auqaf Organization” on a fixed Salary package for the posts detailed below;
Sr: 1 Post/Age/Vacancies: Administrator-IT / Software Development Specialist Vacancies: 01 Age Limit 25-35 years on the closing date of advertisement Monthly Salary Package: Rs 3,00,000/- Contract Period: 08 months
Required Qualification & Experience:
- 16 Years of Education in IT (or related from a reputed recognized local or foreign HEC recognized institution.
- Minimum five Years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field (public or private institution/organization).
Sr: 2 Post/Age/Vacancies: System Operator/Software Data Entry Operator Vacancies: 02 Age Limit 20-35 years on the closing date of advertisement. Monthly Salary Package: Rs 70,000/ Contract Period: 08 months
Required Qualification & Experience:
- ICS, Intermediate FA/F.Sc with minimum 06 months Diploma/Course in Computer application LT. Typing Speed minimum 30 WPM in English
- Minimum one year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field (public private institution/organization).
INSTRUCTIONS
- Interested and eligible candidates (both male and female) who meet the above-mentioned criteria are required to submit their applications, along with their resumes and copies of relevant documents by October 15, 2026. Applications must be submitted on the prescribed “Application Form,” which is available on the official website (www.auqaf.punjab.gov.pk) or may be obtained from the office during working hours. Applications received after the closing date will not be considered. Additionally, hard copies of the application form and supporting documents must be submitted to the office of the Director Estate, Auqaf Punjab, at Aiwan-e-Auqaf, near Lahore High Court, Lahore, by the closing date.
- TA/D.A shall not be admissible.
- Candidates in Government Service are advised to apply through proper channel. The selected candidates will have to resign from their service before joining if they are selected.
- Age relaxation will be admissible as per law.
- Short listed candidates will be called for interview/test.
- The test/interview schedule will be intimated through SMS and PAO website, and no separate intimation shall be made, Candidates are advised to keep their provided mobile numbers active.
- Candidate will be appointed on a contract basis and will not claim regularization on any grounds.
