POSITIONS VACANT: Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited is looking for suitable candidates for appointment against following positions on contract basis.
General Manager (Human Resources)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Qualification / Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline. Master’s degree / MBA with specialization in HR or a relevant professional HR qualification will be preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 20 years of progressive professional experience in Human Resources, including at least 05–07 years in senior management and leadership positions, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing HR functions within large, complex, corporate, or multi-site organizations.
- Strong experience in HR compliance, governance, risk management, and advising the Board and senior management on strategic HR matters.
- Must be well-versed in applicable HR policies, employment regulations, and labour laws.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and stakeholder management skills will be an added advantage.
- Age: Up to 55 years. (Relaxable for outstanding candidates)
AM (Spot Purchase)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Qualification / Experience:
- Graduation / Intermediate from recognized institution.
- Minimum 03 years’ for Graduate, 10 – 15 years for Intermediate candidates having experience of procurement in reputable Govt organization/SOE will be preferred.
- Must have good communication skills and proficient in MS Office / ERP.
- Age: Up to 55 years.
Office Assistant
- No. of Posts: 01
- Qualification / Experience:
- Graduate from HEC – recognized institution.
- At least 03 years of experience in office administration, record keeping and document control.
- Candidates having strong knowledge of MS Office and ERP / IFS applications will be preferred.
- Age: Up to 45 years.
