Position: MTO- Service Operations & Planning After-Sales
Join our team.
Looking for a dynamic candidate to support service operations by assisting in DMS development, testing, and training, coordinating with dealerships and regional teams to ensure the implementation of Audit Program and develop its reports, provide operational support to Dealerships and follow up on monthly reports submissions, and ensuring smooth execution of after-sales programs. The role also involves report analysis, Training Need Analysis, market intelligence collection, and continuous improvement in service processes.
Qualification: BS Mechanical / Automotive Engineering
Requirements:
- Fresh or 1 Year Experience
- Computer skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Internet).
- Communication (Oral, Written, Report Writing, Presentation)
- Teamwork (ability to work together towards a common goal)
- Attitude & Interpersonal Relationship
