Alfalah Asset Management Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager – Digital Transformation based in Karachi to support digital initiatives, business analysis, solution development and cross-functional project delivery.
Key Expectations:
- Develop Business Requirement Documents, functional specifications and digital requirements.
- Coordinate digital projects, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support User Acceptance Testing cycles, prototyping, API testing and digital solution delivery.
- Track project performance, Service Level Agreements and digital metrics.

- Technical & Analytical Skills
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BA, Information Systems or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, digital transformation or IT-business liaison roles, preferrable within asset management, banking or financial services.
- Hands-on experience with Frontend Development and Prototyping tools; exposure to AI/ML, APIs and low-code/no-code tools will be an advantage.
