Ismail Industries Limited is seeking proactive and detail-oriented Regional Coordinators – IT to support secondary sales systems, drive user adoption, and ensure seamless technology operations across regional sales functions in Karachi and Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day functional support for secondary sales applications, ensuring smooth system usage for regional Sales Teams and distributors.
- Log, track, and troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with NCIT and vendors for resolution, and maintain regular status updates for management.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate system changes against business processes, and support business sign-off activities.
- Support regional implementations, pilot rollouts, upgrades, and go-live activities while coordinating with sales teams, distributors, and NCIT stakeholders.
- Conduct user training sessions for Sales teams, assist in the preparation of training materials, and provide ongoing support to end users across the region.
- Support regional BI reports, dashboards, and MIS, ensuring data accuracy and timely availability of regional reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in secondary sales software support
- Hands-on experience in master data management, UAT, vendor coordination, and user training
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience with Salesflo application is an advantage
- FMCG or distribution industry experience is preferred
- Sound understanding of BI reports and data analysis
