We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Maintenance to oversee the preventive maintenance schedule, manage the maintenance team, and ensure the smooth operation of all machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of operational efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare the annual preventive schedule.
· Establish team from available resources/man power for daily maintenance and Annual preventive maintenance activities.
· Coordinate with concerned department to identify new instrument and devices requiring planned maintenance.
· Closely monitor daily work orders and job status.
· Manage spares and other items consumption in area.
· Guide the team in diagnosis of faults and solution of problem.
· Explore and assess the need of local development of critical parts, revision of inventory level. Further verify the sketches, dimensions and specification of components/spares required.
· Suggest means for the improvement of plant operation.
· Conduct daily inspection of the machines to ask respective operators/in-charges for any observed malfunctioning of the machines.
· Ensure timely routine maintenance of machines and keep accurate record of machine maintenance activities.
· Ensure availability of sufficient stock of lubricants and chemicals required by machines.
· Responsible for trouble-free mechanical operation of machines.
· Train Workers/Operators for proper operation of machines.
· Ensure that logbooks for Oil Heater, Compressors and Chillers are properly maintained.
· Any other task assigned by Management.
